Pre-appointment Requirements
To ensure a smooth visit, please follow our arrival policy:
Arrive 10 minutes early.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. This allows us to complete paperwork and be ready to assist you promptly.
Fill out the goal checklist.
This helps us understand your specific health concerns, desired outcomes, and any other information relevant to your visit. It helps us provide personalized care.

Cancelation Guidelines
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7+ days before the appointment are free. Late cancellations less than 3 days may be charged 25% of service cost.
No-Show Policy:
Full charge or deposit forfeiture for no prior notice.
Rescheduling:
Option to reschedule without extra cost if notified 12 hours in advance.
Delayed Arrival:
15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Late arrivals may shorten services provided without a fee reduction.

To confirm a reservation, an advance payment in the form of a deposit—typically a certain percentage (for example, 50%) of the total cost—is required.
